Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved at Somerville College and Jesus College, for participants of the conference. A total of 160 B&B rooms are available (some doubles, some en-suite, some not) on a first-come, first-served basis, and exempt from VAT. It is not necessary to book your accomodations at the time of registration, but accomodation bookings must be made by 30 January, 2018, at which point the rooms will be released. Rooms are available for the nights of 20-22 March, which check-out on Friday, 23 March. If you require accomodations for Friday, you can book that separately as a regular college B&B room on a space-available basis, or you can make arrangements of your own at any of the other choices of accomodation in Oxford, though VAT exemption will not apply.Unfortunately, Oxford colleges generally cannot host guests under the age of 17, so if you are bringing children with you it will be necessary to book alternate accomodations.
